Public Notices and Advertisements
On June 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed S-4654 into law, introducing amendments to the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Effective March 1, 2026, public entities will be required to publish legal notices on their official websites, replacing the prior practice of newspaper publication.
In accordance with this regulatory change, TOSA will publish all public notices and advertisements below effective March 2026.
